Evil/vengeful river spirit?
Used to be a regular animal, several lifetimes ago
Now haunts river after his home was destroyed and he was killed for sport
Has control over water somewhat, or things in water
Causes adults to drown or have unfortunate accidents
Sees children as mostly innocent and will leave them alone unless provoked
Has sometimes been asked to help save children, as river he haunts borders two countries, at the parents willingness to sacrifice their own lives
Has confounded those who have come looking for him to try to make him leave the river; does not have any intention of leaving, ever. will not stick around to mess with those paranormal thrill seeker types
has left a legend/myth about the river; not as much happens now as it did when he was still alive, and he aims to keep it that way
