I remember the sound of angish flooding the halls of the church and the chill it sent down my spine. The feeling it gave was unfamiliar, but some instinct deep inside tells me I need to run. In the reoccurring dreams I have now, I run and run for what seems like forever, but the faster I run the faster the church seems to stretch. I can never make it to the doorm as soon as my hand is on the handle I wake up.

Sometimes all of the events still don't register in my brain. So many questions that I cannot answer, so many whys... The dreams just confuse me even more, why can't I ever reach the door? It makes absolutely no sense, I went through the door when it actually happened. I already know what is out there. The screaming I heard was Maronx, he was right inside the church doors when he heard the popping noise that almost didn't register with him. The dark, primal wail, that is coming from within me.

I become hell-bent on revenge. I will find a way to undo what has been done. I must, he was my brother, my best friend. When I was younger he protected me, now it was my time to repay him for it.

His name is Martyr, he doesn't seem very professional, but he is cheap and gets the job done. I listened to his words as he described what all would happen once I handed the money over to him. He would find that bastard and he would make him pay for what he did to my brother. This was my revenge... I hand over the envelope and he leaves. I'm almost out the door myself when I overhear a tale being told between two men.

"If you accept the blessings of Ithallo you can fly freely across the sky, far beyond even Atebus. There are many strange and unremarkable things out there. I hear you can even undo things that have been done."

Is this actually possible? It must be, Ithallo is a very wise man. I'm not sure if there is even any truth behind what I hear, but I don't care. After my initial meeting with Ithallo I spend weeks digging in the Coda Caves, eventually I find the gems he requires and I eagerly accept his blessing.

It turns out the power is actually out there, but I must collect more power from the stars before I will ever attain it and even then I have no idea if it will even work the way I want it to. Perhaps one day we will be together again, brother. The only thing I know for certain is that I'll never stop searching.
