Background: Cosmo and Ember used to live in a city in the clouds. It was a big city, and at the time they lived there, they didn't know each other.
What neither of them realized was that most of the creatures in the city were not really pets; they appeared as pets, but they were demons. The few real pets in the city were enthralled to see the demons as fellow pets.
One day, the demons decided to expel all the real pets from the city. The real pets now saw that the ones they believed to be their lovers, family, and close friends, were really demons. The real pets were betrayed by their friends and cast down into hell. The name of this hell was Earth.
When Cosmo was betrayed and cast down into hell by those she loved, her grief was so great that her emotional wounds manifested themselves physically and she now bleeds constantly.
On her wanderings through hell, she met Ember and MoonlightShadow and has attempted to befriend them. However, the only creature she has a true attachment to is her Kaosan minion, which she named Betrayal.
