*Day one (adoption!): I am a Golden Wyllop NOT a mouse! I was put up for adoption with the above note attached to my crate. It is odd that it said I was old as I don't feel that way. Tinkerbabe said she was amazed that my level was One after such a long time. For some reason, I have no memory of the almost 4 years since my birth to my adoption yesterday (March 2nd). Do you supposed I was locked inside that box left beside me? Now, I have been given a trainer, reading tutor, treasures to keep and all the food I want to eat. I am becoming more aware of my surroundings but, there is that box that sits beside me.

Day two: I am becoming more & more curious of what may be inside that box that sits beside me. I hear the rustle of something...I wonder what it can be.....

Day three: Well, the past 24 hours have been absolutely amazing. My trainer worked exclusively with me and my level is now 47! I feel so much better than I did yesterday. I am reading more and have become somewhat health conscious. Healthy diets are all the rage, I hear.
But, that box next to me is so distracting. I am sure that I hear something moving around inside that box right now; and, I think someone put water in it last night. I wonder if it would hurt just to take a little peek? No! As tempting as it is for this little Golden Wyllop to look, I shall remain firm! I just wish it wasn't so distracting, all that rustling noise.....

Day four: There seems to be a lot more rustling going on inside that box today. What can it be? I think I heard water again. I was awake most of the night listening....and listening... I wonder if it is trying to get out. What if it is another Wyllop like me, trapped inside? But, there is that note, saying not to look. Curious, very curious.....

Maybe, if I got a little closer I could tell ....
