PERSONALITY
Cold hearted and mean. Over the years, Othyrus has begun to completely loose himself.

HISTORY/Story
So far Othyrus has been through many different forms and a name change;
Starting out young as a Common Kumos, eccentric when he found out he was going to be Potioned into a Dawn Telenine. Soon after his pink trend was over, Othyrus begged for something new. Resulting in a Common Pherret elixir for a while, whilst GP figured out which colour to make him. Soon after the Pherret idea, Maiku potioned him into a Spectrum Pherret. It was around these times that Othyrus had met Orientation - at the time, a young, eccentric Darkmatter Kumos, and grew a great rivalry with Moshing, Ori's ex partner. But, it wasn't soon after they met that Othyrus fell for the same mistake Moshing did. Ori was gone, and Othyrus never forgot him. Soon after, Othyrus took up Martial arts to take his mind away from the Darkmatter mutt. After keeping up this for an incredibly long time, GP had changed him into a Glade Clawsion, something Othyrus wasn't to proud of. A while after, Othyrus accidentally drank a bottle of water that changed him into a weird camel thing... seeping him into depression and causing GP to run around frantically looking for a new solution, then throwing an entire bottle of Dragarth essence down his throat, and settled with that for a while. Once his mind was made up, GP gave him some Velosotor essence, and pushed him in front of the dude that blesses your pets, making him a Galactic Velosotor. And now, as times change, Othyrus' heart has grown cold. Thus, bringing GP to change him from his happy go lucky self to a cold... careless Glacier Terracoon.

As months passed since his Icy change, The Battle Arena lost the records of his triumphs. Othyrus was damn near positive he had fought every easy and medium opponent at least 20 times. This all changed the day he faced the gates of the Hard levels. They said they needed proof of his Goal. You see, years ago he made a written Oath with the Head of the BC, stating that he could only proceed a Level when the previous one was defeated. The Hard levels needed to see proof of his triumph, and when he failed to get the records, they told him to start again. Ruthlessly training day by day, Othyrus has begun his fight to become better. Then ever.

More time passed on for Othyrus as he began to notice a pattern. His size as a Terracoon was becoming a problem for him. Despite GP's objections and will to keep him Glacier, Othyrus wanted more. So he turned to no one other than Merana the Sea Witch. At first she scowled him, batting her hand and shooing him away. When he refused to leave she threw a piece of paper at him and said to come back before nightfall, or she'll change her mind. He read the list over once, then twice, then over again. It took him a few times over to realize the last item on the list was a Rreign Elixir. He narrowed his eyes and grinned, thinking to himself 'I see what you did there...'

Merana slowly fed the potion she created to Othyrus as he has been transformed into a Hydrus Rreign!The Hydrus pets are a special breed of pets that Merana has created to follow her every command. Seacreatures through and through, they follow her every whim!

He was happy...

Several months after he had been training and fighting, his assistant, the Kawl, had come up to him with some grizzly news. The past had repeated itself as the Coliseum had, once again, "misplaced" his records. He had nothing left to prove that he had won anything other than the trophy posters of his losers, and that alone proved nothing. The now enraged Othyrus felt the need to take on a new form. From this moment on he strives for more power, urging GP to work harder. Things with Othyrus were beginning to get very out of hand... And right when you thought it couldn't get any worse, the BC decided to change up a few things. Challengers were no longer allowed to use just any weapon, oh no. They had to become the same tier as that weapon and Othyrus' famed Balrog was no longer accepted for his 'rank'. Furious, he threw himself into the sea and disappeared for a year.

The time had finally come when he came across the news posting for the Bloodred Antlephore's and he knew what he wanted. GP had come to learn that when the man wanted something refusing him was pointless. GP had actually had an Elixir for this occasion stashed away in his vault and with a shake of his head, he handed the Elixir to Othyrus. And down the hatch it went.

"2014 is going to be a good year..." he says, "I'll train harder. Become better. Smarter.


"But... What am I fighting for...?"
