Blood is a soldier. He obeys orders swiftly and efficiently, he innovates when needed but prefers sticking to a clearly defined battle plan. It is fairly obvious to anyone who spends any length of time with him that he has always been a soldier, and based on his accumulation of scars he has either seen heavy combat or had extremely intense training. Like most of the family, his origins are not entirely known. Wylde went on a trip, and came back with Blood and that was that.

As such, Blood sees Wylde as his commanding officer, and will follow his orders fanatically. He tends to try and catorgize the others in military roles, which often do not fit them very well, and so he is uncomfortable in dealing with them. He spends most of his time with Sturm, as she is always willing to train, and has in fact fallen madly in love with her. His few tentative advances have been soundly rejected. Indolent makes him profoundly nervous with her constant forwardness, so he mostly tries to avoid or ignore her. Zirea he sees as a superior, having classified her as special ops, Erion he sees as an equal. Most everyone else he sees as civilians and therefor to be largely ignored except for Kazim and Blackletter. Kazim is a threat to be watched at all times, and Blackletter is a fellow soldier but one with no discipline who he is nearly always annoyed with as a result.

Blood sleeps, eats and trains. Occasionally he is sent to actually fight something. Beyond that he doesn't really have hobbies. When he reads it is because a book has specific knowledge that he needs. He does not build unless he needs something, and building is generally a job for the civvies anyway.
