Once, Anadir was as kind and brave as no knight had ever been. He explored the world of Subeta with the company of the three most important things in his life: Irvin, Sagitta and his sword.
Today, 9/5/08, Sagitta perished in an unfortunate accident. While crossing the Polar Ice Fields in the North, he slipped and fell into the icy water, and Sagitta's body was soon stuck with freeze and ice.
Anadir cried loud as his faithful friend expired his last breath beneath the shallow water, which had already become a thin cage, a coffin of cold ice. Irvin tried to calm down Anadir, and soon his rage turned into grief and woe.
Some hours after, Ana was still there, his eyes was dry and he could only hear the far winds of a incoming blizzard. Irvin tried to let him stand, but just when they were about to leave, a shadow appeared from the place where the Montre had been sitting: there was a new minion, born with Anadir's feelings. His face was a skull, and the blue in his eyes was like the sky in the coldest days of the winter.
Anadir understood that the new fellow was doomed to follow him as thoughts followed his mind, and he said: "Sagitta, whose name means Arrow, hit my heart and let it bleed - as this blood will keep on running, Grief will be with me."
And so he named his minion Grief.

Sagitta was wise but fiery, kind with friends and foes. Grief is stubborn and impulsive, he fights to defend what he loves, but he is cruel towards enemies.
Anadir changed too. He's quiet, and Irvin can swear that when he is sitting alone, in the night, he see again Sagitta's death inside his mind: he'll never forget his minion's hands pressed against the ice, his eyes open wide and filled with fear, his mouth muttering Anadir's name for the last time...
