Geneva used to be two people, at one point of her existance. She was Genevive, and she was Eva: former lovers, tormented by a self-righteous angel and a relentless demon, respectively. The angel had erased all memories of Eva from Genevive's mind; the demon made Eva remember everything, trying its hardest to make her soul surrender once and for all. There was a fight, a big one. They both struggled for dear life, then...

They - she - doesn't remember much. She woke up as herself one day, asleep on the riverbank. She couldn't recall what had happened to made them fuse into one - but there was no mistake. Within her, she carried the memories of Genevive and of Eva... and the angel and the demon, too.

Geneva now wanders through life almost on autopilot. She can't quite decide who, or what she is - is she her own person? Is she Genevive and Eva? Is she one, is she the other? Is she the angel and demon too? She's too self involved, her answers always pulling her in different directions. She won't admit it, but she's a coward: she would rather get the answers her situation begs, instead of trying to live life as herself.

After years of living as herself, she still has not come to an answer. Now, she has decided to pour her undivided attention into demonology, to learn who the angel and the demon are, and what happened to her. She's also a witch, and works with the demonic underbelly of the city, bringing them cures and medicine for their bizarre ailments.
