This pet is dedicated to my dearest Dusty, who will cross the rainbow bridge sometime here soon.

She has been a wonderful companion for the last twelve years. I named her Dusty (originally Stardust) after a dog my folks had when I was a baby who was fiercely protective of me. To this day, I call her *MoosePaw* because she had such abnormally large feet when she was little, but she grew into them. :)

My only regret is that I have not spent the time I really wanted to with her, but I will do my utmost to make the last of my time with her like the days of heaven on Earth.

Dusty was mercifully euthanized on November 8, 2007 at approximately 3 PM AKST in the living room of our home. She was surrounding by the family who loved her dearly, and passed without pain and suffering. We will miss her terribly.
