Atheal is Sithana's companion. He is ruthless, Sadistic, Sinister and down right plain evil. He loves causing people pain.Atheal is a Morte or Death Dragon, they are a rare species which live in the furthest reaches of the Land. Often cited as ill tempered and prone to violence, these dragons love to fight so it is no surprise when there is a war, they are on the front lines.

Description of Morte Draconian is olive green scales with a light green underbelly. Their scales change from a forest green to a light yellow-green depending on the amount of sun they received when sun bathing. Temperament is often border line psychotic and they are obsessed with shiny objects much like some species of birds. They live in a colony with 10 to 20 dragons in each burrow of which are dug out by the females.

Atheal left when he was rather young and met up with Sithana a few years after leaving his Clan. Their personalities being similar, they became the best of friends. Their hobbies being similar as well which include obtaining as much power and wealth they can handle.

His breath unlike his friend is a mixture of deadly poisons which eats away tissue, paralyzes the enemy and shuts down the nervous system much like several species of serpents. He can obtain a human form but he is rarely seen in it. His human form some say is rather beautiful with long olive hued hair, a lean yet muscular form and breath taking emerald eyes which seem to be his best feature.
