Peace is just that. Peaceful. She hates violence, and believes we can all get along, although she does train for fighting, since she's smart enough to know that some things in life must happen for peace. She'd become your friend in half a second if you let her. She is a bookkeeper, although, she doesn't really sell that many books. Just hoards them in the building and calls it a shop. She also loved to bake, often selling some of her goods if she makes too much.
