Background:

Diggory used to be a long time friend of Eder and Chuck, until their falling out a few years back. The problems all started when D formed his own gang called "Shadowed Skull"[still not sure about the name], in which higher ranked members were tattooed with a tribal skull on the back of the neck. He somehow convinced Eder to join, with Chuck reluctantly following after. During a routine check of his 'assets', Diggory's ware house, and the gang's headquarters, was raided. Diggory somehow escaped, giving Eder the distinct honor of taking his place in jail and protecting the gang. When in custody, Chuck convinced Eder not to take the fall for Diggory, so Eder testified against him. Long story short, Diggory was put away.

Though his stay in prison was short lived, ever since the incident, Diggory has been striving to get back at Eder. Even bribing a girl to press false charges against him for rape, and assault with a deadly weapon.
