Appearance:
He has what is known as a gridiron abdomen, or a chest covered with surgical (and not-so-surgical) scars. He has scars and often bruises in other places over his body that clothing tends to cover up. He's close to emaciated and could not be described as healthy by any means. He's a little taller than average (although not by much) and his skin is certainly on the pale side. He has greyish-green hair and darker greyish-green eyes.

Personality:
Although Sko may seem more sadistic than anything else, he's much more masochistic. He's even performed surgery on himself. He's often smiling and may seem relatively normal at first glance, but just by paying a bit more attention, it's easy to see that he isn't anything of the sort. He does whatever must be done to continue with his business and lifestyle, and can often talk himself out of worrisome situation. However, he only understands surface human emotions and reactions, and sometimes his lack of emotional resources proves to be his downfall- he'll say something with the complete intention of garnering a certain reaction, and be genuinely perplexed when he gets a different one.

Other:
Sko is a torturer. While he does work as an underground (unlicensed) surgeon, he'll occasionally "set aside" one of his patients for his own pleasure. Without anesthesia, he cuts open his victims, stops the bleeding, sews them back up, and repeats the process over again until the victim's body can take no more. Since he doesn't exactly serve the most illustrious of clientele, his patients are rarely missed.
