He didn't really know what his power meant or how to stop his parents from leaving, so he became an orphan that night. The boy ended up moving in with his aunt, uncle and baby cousin while trying to make sense of his powers and cope with his parents' deaths. Eventually, after a series of surreal visions and cryptic dreams he was able to prevent the death of his cousin on an unstable carnival ride and a friend of his from getting killed on his dad's construction site, then finally figure out what was happening to him. Lizzard looks to use his power to stop an even greater evil which he saw in his visions.
