The Artist I'm thinking a painter, I envision them out painting in the garden or something, who's message is essentially that paintings aren't "things" to be possessed. They are more than that. They hold emotion and pieces of the artist's heart. They should evoke feeling and hold meaning to those who purchase them, sneaks out at night and gifts works to those who have emotional connection to them, refuses to sell paintings...Artist who paints because of the beauty of the world, their words are emotive and lyrical. They do not sell their pieces, often refusing excessive offers from those who want the pieces because their perceived exclusivity and value. They do not believe art is something to possess, but rather about the connection individuals feel with pieces that speak to them where they are in this chapter of their lives. Artist moves about at night, delivers paintings to individuals who they have seen connect with them on a deeply meaningful level believing that these pieces are simply meant for others and put into the world through them.
