Coril sighed, as he put down the bass, rubbing his eyes and trying to ignore the pounding headache. He'd been listening to the same song for over two hours now, trying to get the chords; it was long past time for a break. He laid back down on the bed, looking up at the ceiling. Since he'd become the live-in boyfriend of Shane, as all of Shane's "siblings" thought, life seemed to get less and more hard. Although there was a bright side

"It's raining."

Cory craned his neck to the window. Sure enough, droplets was coming down heavily against a gray background. In the distance, thunder was heard. He still had a headache, but it wasn't at throbbing level as before.

He grinned. "Wanna stay up here and snuggle until Trust or G-Alan calls us down to dinner?"

Shane only sighed, curling himself closer to the Dragarth.

Cory's life is odd. Got kicked out out his parent's house when he was in his teens, he has been the "live-in boyfriend" at Shane's house since then. Ontrust likes him. Wary tolerates him. Archaria is waiting for him to make a mistake. But as the years went on, they grew and became a family .

Since he was born, Coril has extra-sensitive hearing. Not at a extraordinary level, but enough for him to hear muted footsteps downstairs or to clearly pick up the bass guitar and make loud noises extremely painful. Because of that, he regularly gets headaches, but still loves playing his bass, or on Lucent.

His one and true passion is music- playing music, listening to music, or merely thinking about music, it's his hobby, goal, and choice career all roll into one. At best, he would love to become a local legend in the music business, but he'll settle with opening a music store. However, working at the Adoption Center- and helping others find their 'forever home' is nice too. And he gets to come home to Shane, and curl up together and listen to the silence around them.
