🌸 FlowerTea & Poisoned Bite — A Very Odd Pair 🐌

I’m FlowerTea, a wanderer of meadows, a collector of herbs, berries, and blooms. I see beauty in everything, but sometimes beauty bites back. Nightshade masquerades as sweetness, thorns hide in blossoms, and not every shiny berry wants to be brewed into tea.

That’s where my friend, Poisoned Bite, shuffles in. His lilac flower is breathtaking, but don’t be fooled — the nectar can silence even the loudest cricket. Many call him cursed. I call him clever. His flower hums when danger is near, a soft resonance that rattles like a warning bell in his shell. Without him, I’d have brewed at least three deadly teas by now. Probably four.

Poisoned Bite doesn’t talk — at least not in words. He communicates with side-eyes, ominous flower-hums, and the occasional sluuurp of honey. Yes, honey. He doesn’t bother with bees politely; he sticks his face straight into the hive. And somehow? The bees don’t sting him. They just… buzz angrily while he happily licks the honey and hums louder, like a smug teapot.

He has another habit, too: collecting insects. While I gather petals and roots, he scoots along gathering little critters. Beetles, moths, the occasional grasshopper — he stores them in a giant terrarium I built for him, made from enchanted glass and wildflowers. He stares at them for hours, humming like he’s hosting a very important meeting of bug nobility.

People watching us say we’re an odd pair. I dance, laugh, and leap through fields; Poisoned Bite glides silently beside me, menacing but oddly charming, like a gothic uncle at a tea party. But it works. I bring joy and wonder, he brings caution and mystery. Together, we create balance.
