This used to be Shigo, my Field Demi. She was one of the two first pets I had here on Subeta.
Now she may morph into a number of things, but her name has been changed to PinkRibbon to commemorate my recovery since diagnosis of cancer. Yes, the three words I use to describe her are my most pathetic vices, and I've had to reign all of them in during the last couple of years.
I have survived by prayer and support of family and friends, a lot of whom are here on Subeta. (You know who you are, folks, thank you SO much!)
PinkRibbon will probably start out as a Dawn Tigrean. LOVE the revamp and I certainly have earned MY stripes, although I wont show you where. lolz...
If any of you out there are stamped with the Big C, I know its scary and you're probably out of your mind with worry...but take heart. Medicine has come so far. People you don't even know will extend their hands. There are 10 million survivors in the US alone.
