I was common once. I lived in the swamp, could see in the murky depths, and breathe in the thick environment. Some thought I was a monster when I came to the surface to breathe. I was a rare site, indeed. As much as I loved my green, thick world, there was something missing that I just couldn't figure out. I was the first to be adopted in my family. My siblings all looked up to me. I'm not the bravest, or the smartest, but I am the most fun and I do love adventures. Maybe that's why I felt something was missing. Adventure. There is plenty of adventure on Subeta. So many lands to see and explore. I've done that with my family, but not all of them are the adventurous type. I guess I would find myself staring up at the sky and wondering what kind of world it was up there. I always wanted to touch the lights that I could see on so many nights. I ventured to Atebus with my family a few times. But those lights were still elusive to me. My family could see how much I longed to explore that wondrous dark space that surrounded our planet and our moon. Together, they explored the Coda Caves and when they dug up enough gems, took me to see Iltallo. I guess I was worthy enough to be blessed because Iltallo granted me a new life! I became a Galactic Swampie! Now I could swim through the sky! I do miss my home and my family. They visit me on Atebus once a month, when Atebus opens the Coda Caves to explorers. I spend most of my time exploring the dark sky. As much as I miss my past life, I would not give up this new one for anything. I adore space and the adventures it holds.
