- Covrus, Tempus, Old One, male, ageless. God of time (past, future and present) and fate, of lost knowledge, of knowledge yet to be gleaned, of space and infinity.
- Lonely, kind, patient. Fairly disconnected from the world and not overly skilled with people. Fond of the occasional harmless little prank. Enjoys presenting people with puzzles and conundrums.
- Is a very lonely, ancient god, nearly forgotten by all beings except for his children. Tends to be very chatty and friendly when he does manage to get a hold of someone's attention. When/if he interacts with them, he is every bit as kind, patient and gentle with mortals as a deity should be (in his opinion).
- Gentle guide to those who have strayed too far in life. Occasionally tries to softly nudge their lives into a better, less dire direction through various unusual events and opportunities. Extremely rarely interferes personally, and only in cases of great injustice and hopelessness.
- Has created more or less every god and goddess in the universe, the last shreds of his power that he kept to himself are dominion over time and fate. He deemed those too dangerous to pass on to any of his squabbling children.
- Disillusioned and disappointed with his sons and daughters for choosing the path of power and conflicts instead of working together. He prefers to watch, observe and learn and quietly grieve the strife his children have sown. Often underestimated and dismissed by the other gods.
- Guides souls on into the cycle of reincarnation and keeps close watch over every being - divine, mortal and even undead.
- Radiates a soothing, solemn aura. Non-combative, though he can distort time and space to move himself, or others out of harm's way. In the same way, he can alter the known laws of the universe in a selected area with a snap of his fingers, turning the air into molasses, intensifying gravity, or even flipping it around.

Character appearance:
- Has been known to take on many forms, but most often chooses to take on the shape of a big, glossy raven with white-speckled wings, or a frail, kindly old man.
- His humanoid form is always wearing a feather-collared cloak of sorts and is never seen without a staff to lean on.
