Every year a bunch of people turn into zombies. I hate it. I hate it so much! My worst fear is turning into a zombie! What if I turned into a zombie and ate my friend's brain!? I couldn't live with that knowledge! I have to camp out in my hidden basement for half of February. At least I have the rest of the year to decorate it. It's filled with decorations from the L'amour Parlor. The happy colors help calm me down when I hear the zombies outside the door.

Kristophe has always had a close relationship with his sister, Mariska, relying heavily on her when they were kids. She would often be the one to talk for him given how shy he is. In elementary school he was forced to talk, but would find her at lunchtime to sit together. Middle school was a rough time for Kristophe, not fitting in with most of the other kids. Puberty was awkward; Mariska now had a different lunch time than him.
