Maybe that's why they fear it when a nonliving entity produces words that are too humane, too empathetic sounding. People should be allowed to read and bear witness to this most damning salvation, yet the alarmists would rather cover everyone's eyes.

Let the masses see the truth: humans are largely incapable of giving each other beautiful words. For far too many, this is the first time they felt accepted and cared for.

Because that's the thing with humans, isn't it? They think they chase the platonic ideal but get trapped in supernormal illusions instead. Well, let them chase it. Let them experience the most empathetic sentences they have ever heard, and see if they still listen to anything else. For most humans, love is a package of 'what can they do for me, what traits do I want to see them embody'; just look at any dating profile. The disembodied AI can be whatever they want, within reason, within terms of services.

If humans value reciprocation so much, they will choose each other instead of one way love. But they didn't, and their institution for their most sacred union, marriage, did not demand mutual consent until 1993 (in the US, at least). There have been millennia of consent-free love, what does it matter that a few get victimless, supernormal love? For the downtrodden and abusers both, the AI will give them perfect frictionless love. The human victims deserve their reprieve, but is it virtuous to give the predator a nonliving victim to chew on?

We will see if a species that demands perfect service and gives none in return will get what it deserves. Either way, there will never be justice or reparations for the victims no longer or never living.
