N.O.I.R.

It was the day of testing, and he was nervous. Who wouldn't be nervous? Word around town was that N.O.I.R. was especially difficult to be admitted in. N.O.I.R. is an enormous taskforce for the sole purpose of capturing the notorious supervillian, Dr. Noir. No one had ever been close to apprehending Dr. Noir, much less see what Dr. Noir looked like, but there was always a clue left behind. No matter what the clue was, whether it was a riddle, or a trail of evidence that would lead to the next crime that Dr. Noir was to commit, no one could crack the code. The town was desperate for new recruits, and the leader of the taskforce lowered their expectations, in the hopes that more people could help. After all, two heads are better than one.

He was the first of many to pass this rigorous test. Little did he know, there was going to be even more rigorous and dangerous missions ahead.
