Yoschie is a playful little thing. One day Yoschie was out and about during a rainstorm, playing in some puddles and getting into all kinds of mischief. He was up to his ears in mud when the clouds began to clear. He looked up and found himself looking at a rainbow. Excitement grew in his chest as he spotted it's landing not far from where he was. With much gusto he shook himself clean and raced off to the end of the rainbow. It didn't take him long to get there. When he did he found, to his surprise, nothing. Nothing but the rainbow touching the ground. To be honest he was expecting gold or a Leprechaun like the myths say, not, well, nothing. But finding the end of a rainbow was still exciting. He ran and pounced into it's colourful beams with joy. He scuffled and slid through it's beautiful colours until he was tangled up in it so thoroughly that he couldn't get out.No matter, he was having way too much fun to really care. He continued to roll and wriggle, covering himself completely until the sun hid itself behind a cloud. Instantly the rainbow disappeared. Yoschie lay on the ground, tired from the romp. He hopped to his feet and made his way to a nearby puddle to get a drink. What he saw in the water shocked him so much that he jumped back. He looked again. Sure enough, his silky fur was dyed like the rainbow he played with.
