Norvey is not an easy person to get along with. He's not rude, or awful, but he spends much of him mental time wrapped up in his own thoughts, making him a little hard to connect with. Norvey isn't a particularly social person, but absolutely loves taking pictures of both beautiful people and places. He's spent a lot of time learning how to use a camera well, and much of his free time goes to him finding things to take pictures of. This habit has brought him a new friend in Rakugosha, a painter who shares his artistic eye.

Norvey's preoccupation with beautiful things lends to a love of jewelry as well. He tends to always be wearing a decent amount himself, as rings, bracelets and necklaces, as well as adorning his horns. Rayoir has made Norvey multiple pieces of jewelry on commisison and will always let Norvey know when he's made something new so he can come and look at it. Norvey gets along well with 1947 for much the same reason, as the two often take time to experience hedonistic things.

Norvey has only recently come into acquaintance of one, Neoma. Norvey met him at the coastline nearest Veta Lake, soaking wet and half dressed, and was blown away by how attractive the man was. Norvey asked to photograph him, and was allowed to, but at the cost of hearing Neoma complain at him from nearly two hours. By the time the lighting had left their impromptu shoot, Norvey was surprised to find that he wanted to spend more time with him. The two are currently courting slowly.
