"It's time for bed, little Star Boy!"

Spangle obediently closed his coloring book and placed the crayons back in the box before picking up his favorite plush lamb and tucking it under his arm. The pads of his footy pajamas patted on the wood floors en route to his bedroom. As he rounded the hallway corner the familiar soft glow of his bedside lamp peeked through the partly-opened bedroom door.

Spangle yawned and rubbed his eyes as he clambered under his outer space-themed sheets and comforter. He smiled when he saw his mother walk in with a copy of Goodnight, Moon under her arm.
