Cream Pie

Graham Cracker Crust
1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
¼ Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1. Mix all ingredients. For best results use your hands, making sure to get the warm, melted butter evenly throughout the sugar and crumbs.
2. Firmly, but gently, press the mixture onto the bottom of a deep 9-inch pie tin, pushing up the sides. Gently caress the mixture to smooth it out.
3. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool.

Sugar Flowers
Organic Dinkle Flowers
Organic Phallaticus Flowers
1. Wash and allow flowers to dry.
2. Beat 1 egg white until nice and frothy.
3. With gentle strokes, brush petals with egg white wash, getting them nice and moist but not soaking wet.
4. Generously sprinkle with superfine sugar. Unlike some other things, these are not better when wet, allow them to dry over night.

Chocolate Syrup
½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
½ Cup Cold Water
¼ Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1. Whisk cocoa, sugar, water, and salt in a pan. Bring to a boil.
2. Boil 3-4 minutes, until creamy and a bit thick.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Allow to cool, but make sure to spurt a little in your mouth when it's nice and warm.

Whipped Cream
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1½ Cups Powdered Sugar, sifted
4 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
1. Whip all ingredients to stiff peaks. Careful not to beat it too much or you'll be left with a wet mess. Set aside.

Filling
1 Cup diced Gluteus Fruit
1 Cup diced Dinkle Berries
¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
3 Tablespoons Water
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Milk
⅓ Cup sugar
2 Cups Whipped Cream
1. Combine ½ cup of the gluteus fruit, ½ cup of the dinkle berries, water, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small saucepan.
2. Cook over a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the fruit and berries and cook for 8 minutes more, stirring frequently. Allow to cool completely.
4. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and fruit compote.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Try not to over mix, you want this to stay light, fluffy, and entirely too creamy.

Assemble
1 Sliced Banana
2 Cups Whipped Cream
Sugared Dinkle Flowers
Sugared Phallaticus Flowers
Chocolate syrup
1. Spread half of the filling into the pie crust and smooth.
2. Arrange a layer of delectable sliced bananas and pour in the remaining filling in, smoothing once more.
3. Generously top your delicious cream pie with the remaining whipped cream.
4. Decorate with sugared dinkle flowers and phallaticus'. If you don't wish to make your own sugared pieces, store bought is fine.
5. Finish off by drizzling with your thick, creamy chocolate. Careful not to splatter too much around you, people might be tempted to lick it off.
