Timothy or 'Mothy' to his students, are the Youth Worker and English at PCA. He is very against tests and prefers teaching students how to voice their opinions. This on occasion has gotten him in trouble. He also hugs his students despite the no hugging rule. Timothy doesn't see an issue if the student is fine and asked for the hug.
He is very protective of Arabelle but it can be seen as something less then appropriate.
