I grew up wearing fancy dresses, having every need catered to... and secretly wishing I could go and have an adventure that didn't include all of this. I even took up fencing, so I could pretend to be a pirate. I grew to enjoy the sport greatly.
After my parents died, though, I got my wish. I went on an adventure. It was... not all it was cracked up to be, I guess you could say. My friends are deceased now, and I'm surprised I even made it back home alive.
I feel so alone now...
