...there was nothing about The Order Myral could refer to as bad, like others often did. Everyone treated the new guild member in a good way - and he even managed to find a few friends. Over the years he became more and more skilled in magic, how to control his power and how to create flames or glowing orbs with it- either to lighten a certain area or to kill another creature. Everyone in The Order knew that he'd become an important member, as he was one of the few pure-blooded mages being able to control the natural magic and not vice versa.
After he ended his training at the age of 20, he became a member of the guardsmen of The Order, escorting other mages on their ways to certain areas. On one of these escort missions he also met Taka for the first time, a storm mage from a far away land, who was in need of help during a very risky mission. The two men got along very well, and quickly turned into close friends.
Over the following years Myral worked as hard as he could, until he became a training supervisor after turning 25, starting to teach the new guild members how to use their magical powers, without putting others in danger - at least not until being told otherwise.
At the age of 30 he was sent to the king of the land The Order resided, to help him with various issues concerning warfare, where he also met the advisor of said king for the first time. Since these days Myral and the other man are often seen together and some people already rumor that there is more between them than just friendship. But honestly, most of the people who claimed to know even more than just simple washwoman gossip weren't seen again soon after, they just... well, vanished.
