I don't remember it. I don't remember anything before waking up with my human and being little. Do I want to be little all the time? Sure. It's fun. Maybe I can be a bit of a brat, but everyone thinks I'm supposed to be a brat sometimes, anyway. Growing up? I don't know. I don't really want to do adult things, anyway.

But why am I a baby to start with? Why do I think there was more before?

She hadn't been either a Bhakoru or a baby before the incident where she lost her memory, but she couldn't remember what she had been or how she ended up--different. She thought her human hadn't been the first one she'd called 'hers', too, but again, she couldn't remember. Her mind worked at a level most babies' didn't, but it was just so much easier to let herself be a kid, let others take care of her.

Her human didn't seem to mind, other than sometimes being irritated by her obsession with prisms, rainbows, spectrum colors, and other many-colored things. Of course, her human also helped her collect them--but then she had to promise not to be mean to the others who had spectrum colors. At first, that had only been Rikkashei, who gave her a good swat if she became too annoying, but now, it also meant Vesaya, who also gave her a good swat if she got too annoying. She LOVED Vesaya's tails, though, and was so glad she didn't mind her curling up in the fluffy softness to sleep!

One thing she was sure had changed--she didn't know why she was sure, but she was--was her love of art. Working at the art museum was fantastic, hardly like work at all (though her human said she'd put her in school if they had one for 'pets'), but she also found she loved to work with paper or canvas.

Calligraphy, drawing, painting, and other things like that seemed to be just for fun at first--until she realized something was trying to express itself through her art. What was it? Would she ever know?

At least her human seemed to understand and let her draw and paint and so on--as much as she wanted. They were keeping a record of it in the hopes of solving the puzzle one day.
