[Charla Seidel, 12 years old, from a far away place]
She and her older brother Mies come from a particularly cold place somewhere far away. Born blind, she gets by with a peculiar ability for hearing and smell - among some other, special things. At the age of seven, when the world was no longer a safe place for humans, the spirit of a guardian cat, like her brother's, was assigned by the shamans to help and guard her.
Charla's lack of sight never really stopped her from doing anything - from childhood, she quickly learned how to get by and, to this day, most can say she sees better than a lot of people. She's hard to bring down and has a particular liking to music and things that smell good - from flowers to perfumes -, as they're things that help her most developed senses.
Charla has a sweet, mischievous personality, is quick to make friends with and has a hard time seeing evil in people. She is known to make friends with often dangerous beings, such as big animals and creatures from other worlds - in a particular situation, she and her brother ended up taking in an alien shape-shifting creature that, to this day, no one still knows its true form. She has a particular affection for her brother Mies and her best friends Alo and Cadi. From her guardian, she gained control over water, like her brother, and has a particular ability to find that what was lost. Able to heal people from non-lethal wounds.
Sweet, but particularly strong and brave. Don't mess with those she loves.
