What is justice?
If you had asked me a year ago, I would have said it was fair. That it was handed down in the hallowed halls of courtrooms from a carefully selected group of one's peers.
I was wrong.
Justice is a pitiful, mewling concept that charades as a lion. It struts and boasts and has all the pride of a creature above its station. But when you corner it, when you weep or shout or shake your fist it crumples into the corner in some inconsolable way.
