The old radio crackles and sputters. Any sound coming forth is grainy but audible. Voices of various disc jockeys, news anchors and radio dramas fade in and out as the dial is quickly turned. There seems to be no shortness of options but it's all just the same government-regulated schlock. Maybe the chip that guy was selling in the alley was just another scam. Drakons are known for being sleazy, after all.

One final twist of the dial and a new sound pushes its way through the white noise. It's some kind of music with a heavy bass and a smooth, yet, stuttering melody with the whine of synthesized strings. It's like organized chaos in sound form but is almost relaxing. There are no lyrics, no subliminal messages, no forced ways of thinking.

The strange music eventually fades into a soft silence. Just as static begins to take over it's interrupted by a high, warbling voice.

"Good evening, my Neon Lights!" the voice cheerfully greets. Whoever is behind the mic is clearly using a voice modifier of sorts. "Thanks for tuning into Hidden Rave Radio! I'm Li'l Pandy, your guide on this musical journey! Alas, the party has ended for tonight but don't worry! We'll be back in a day or two at Orion's time with more amazing tunes just for you! And don't forget tonight's super special message from our beloved Commandant: Find your calling with the western moon within the halls of Mordecai under his silvery gaze."
