Character idea: Gender undecided. A classmate of Scientia, at the Vernal Halls Academy, that is like an advanced magic school. Very good at necrotic and corrosive damage, which is a bit feared and as some taboos around it.

I imagine their main magic would be something like some dark tattoos binding the target and corroding the surrounding area. But instead of wanting to use it for war, Koff is more interesting in applying it into how to make a living, and would be a bit upset about not having a more constructive kind of magic. Their relationship with Scientia would be interesting for them in the sense Scientia is always trying to understand the whys and hows of magic, and she would believe if a person can destroy, if she just figures out how to reverse engineer that, that would be acquiring the power of creation. So she would be quite obsessed on having Koff participate in her experiments. Also most people would be afraid of Koff, as necrotic damage is rare in that world, and similar to what the dark mist (like the world's disease) is.
