Russia was never a fully developed and economic-forward country, even thought it have rich and beautiful cities, poverty still exists even when ignored. That was the case of Yulia, a little baby girl born from the... "love" of a drunk men who thought it was his right to rape a homeless woman after a night of alcohol and drugs.
Hours after being born, right next to a trash dump, Yulia was dropped in the city orphanage, the woman couldn't stand that child for any longer, 9 months being remembered of her attack was enough.
Cursed from the beginning, Yulia grow up as miserable as any other homeless child in a town orphanage, no education or cultural stimulation, surrounded by rats and creepy spiders. Yulia developed a drinking habit when she was 14, at the same time she started working in the grocery store down the street. In the store she made risky friendships with drug dealers and hookers, but they understood her and her pain, they were all rejects too.
Yulia reached the age of 18 she was forced to leave the orphanage as no one came to adopt her, like many other children. At this age, Yulia was very independent and smart, growing up with the worst that life has to offer. She know this day would come, she made precious contacts out of her risky friendships, and now she had a job with one of the most rich drug dealers of the town.

Yulia had just completed 26 years old, she went up very quickly in the crime hierarchy, and was now a important and respected member of the gang, the first female to conquer such high position. Her tasks would include doing accounting, taking care of drug carriages, but Yulia's main job was to go after those guys who simply wouldn't pay their debt.
Her favorite way to charge money from those poor bastards was to corner the victim, usually near their houses, and press the sharp point of her pink-handle Sai blade at their throat. Usually it worked and they would give everything they had, at least it was something, but sometimes she just had to finish them off... And she liked it. She loved to see her blade soaked in blood, and a corpse left on the ground.

Yulia is now 33, she left the drug business with many honors and blessings from her leader. She decided it was time to fly solo.
Selling narcotics is a very lucrative business, specially in shanty and poor towns. Yulia spent her savings into buying a cool motorcycle and some rad biker clothes. She would never let go of her Sai blade, it was a gift from Yefrem, her gang leader, when she was promoted to "accountant".
Now Yulia rides from town to town, walking from bar to bar, seducing the right man or woman, spreading her name around. She is known as "Snegopady", or "The Snowfall", the most efficient rental killer in the area.
