Is often perceived to be moody and reclusive. While he can appear to be pensive and brooding, he is often just misunderstood. He is an intense introvert, and enjoys the company of a very select few. As making friends does not come easy to him, Madarao would rather put his time and energy into maintaining the few proven relationships he has, instead of trying in vain to make new ones. Most of his days (and nights) are spent dabbling in water and nature magic. While passersby to his little stone cottage believe he is being heartily reclusive, in reality he is probably just in the middle of discovering some new magical property of water. Many are afraid of him and believe him to be some kind of hermit wizard, but they simply fear what they do not understand. Madarao's interest in magic is not for the purpose of bringing harm to anyone or anything. He is merely a highly intelligent and curious being who finds the company of water more pleasant and calming than that of superstitious people.
