Part of an accidental experiment, a Yaherra intended to predict correct numbers to use in gambling rings now gone all awry. Sparklepuff has the strange ability to make hiccups in reality- a trait she herself isn't even aware of. She is kept under close watch by Kromar, and is often in company by those with spectrum or blacklight colors, since rainbows seem to have her hiccup more "positive" glitches. Time telling devices have an affect as well, but what it is is still unknown, and there's a possibility that it can have many diverse affects. Extreme caution should be taken when Sparklepuff is near the vicinity with clocks, watches, or even timekeeping creatures like timeflies. In general, some things tend to happen whenever she's around certain experiments too. If you see Sparklepuff in the same place as a 404 or 911, run.
Sparklepuff herself is one full if life, though her condition often leaves her (and others around her) confused and forgetful. Strange enough, even for this already strange Yaherra, the eyes of her face are the eyes that remain open while her eyelets remain closed (they still can open, when she closes her face eyes).
