This is Arborio. Named so because of a great love for risotto, which is typically made with arborio rice.

To prepare risotto for our friend Arborio:

1. Use carrots, onions, celery, and mushrooms to make a vegetable broth. Be sure to make several cups worth. Set aside and let cool.

2. Take a quarter of another onion and dice it. Set aside.

3. Now, turn on the heat. Set a large saucepan over medium heat, and coat the bottom with a thin layer of olive oil.

4. Once the oil has heated up, add the diced onion to the pan. Cook for about one minute.

5. Now add half a cup of white wine to the pan. Also add half a cup of arborio rice and let it cook for one minute, stirring.

6. For the next twenty minutes or so, you will be adding half cup increments of the vegetable broth you made earlier. After adding each half cup, you will let the risotto cook until the broth has been soaked up, before adding another half cup. This is to cook the arborio rice. In the meantime, also prepare the peas and set aside.

7. Once the rice is cooked, lower the heat and add the peas. Also add half a stick of butter and melt within the warm rice. Season with salt and pepper, and mix.

8. Turn off the heat. Dole out some of the risotto into a bowl.

9. Grate some parmesan over the bowl, and feel free to garnish with parsley.

10. Finally it's done! Arborio seems excited, and looks to thank you for your hard work.
