Seraphine is one of the many Denmothers living beneath Drekhalla Palace, in a large cave lined with velvets and furs. Every moment of her life is dedicated to the eggs and hatchlings that have been orphaned or left in her care.

When she sleeps, she uses her body to warm the eggs. While awake, she shares stories and lessons of Dragonkind through mindspeech with the developing eggs and younglings, and sees to their every need. When a batch of hatchlings reach their first year with no one to claim them, they are sent to the Trials to be trained for survival and combat.

Seraphine has seen off hundreds of young in her lifespan as a Denmother, and plans to do so until her final breath.
