Hello! Welcome to the Tea House!

Besides tea, we also serve a variety of coffees and treats - have you had a chance to look over the menu? I'll let you know that our current special is the Carmel Frappe Coffee - they're buy one get one free, today only! And our newest item on the menu is the Watch It Bloom Tea!

Well then, what can we get started for you, love? Alright, let me just repeat that back to you to make sure I got it right. It's correct? Anything else for you today?

Alright, thank you so much love, we'll have your order ready at the next window. Thank you so much for visiting the Tea House! Have a wonderful day!

Rakover's Notes:

Ntseni and Arlo run a Tea House out of the back of the house. It seems they knew each other from school - Ntseni showed up for a visit one day, and got to talking about her dreams for a Tea House, and Arlo had just been serving some baked goods and asking for opinions on her recipes, and that's when Ntseni got her brilliant idea: a Tea House which also served Arlo's baked goods, and coffee (for mass appeal). Zvi got in on their intrigue, and before I knew quite what was happening, Ntseni was moving in from her place out in the Sacred Lands, Arlo could barely be made to leave the kitchen, and Zvi was running all over the place on random errands for them - and then to pass out brochures for a grand opening. Ntseni had redone the back of the house to function as a walk up service counter, and had even gotten Nathen and Tor to plow up the garden so she could make rows in front of the house for growing things, and covered the back garden with gravel to make a waiting and seating area, which was decorated with potted flowers and fancy benches. Opening day saw long lines - after all, most businesses are along the river, not here among the houses. Maybe you can get some fresh eggs or honey from a neighbor, but no one has shop fronts in this area. If you're wondering where I've been in all of this - well, I saw there was no use trying to stop them, so I've been frantically trying to acquire the necessary business permits that no one else has been bothered to even think of. Business continues to be steady; we've become the local hangout spot. Zvi of course loves it, running orders to waiting customers whenever she's not off running errands for the denizens of Subeta, catching bits of gossip and grinning with those sharp little teeth of hers in a way that seems to make everyone else adore her (I know her too well to be fooled by such fake innocence). I'm personally hoping that they can relocate to their own building soon, so I can have my peace and quiet back. For now, I've resigned myself to keeping to the quiet of nature and the library until after business hours. Oh, who am I kidding? This house hasn't been quiet in ages.
