Mehen’s coils restrain the void
Chaos meets its end.
Morning sun ascends,
Calm returns with golden hues. . .
Balance reigns anew.
—
Where golden sands meet the emerald Nile, a hidden realm known only
to the gods and a few chosen mortals who find their way by chance.
The sky and the earth danced in eternal embrace, and storms were the whispers of divine will.
He held a gaze that could pierce through the veil of reality. .. his scales
shimmered with the iridescence of a thousand thunder clouds and his eyes were
the flashings of lightning illuminating the night sky. When he moved, it was as
if the storm itself had come to life, and his breath could summon tempestuous winds.
One evening, as the Nile’s waters glowed with the colors of twilight, an unusual calm fell over the land. The air was heavy with a peculiar silence, as if nature itself was holding its breath.
He sensed something amiss—a tremor in the cosmic rhythm that signaled an approaching imbalance.
From the void between stars, a figure emerged. It was Apophis, the ancient serpent of chaos, whose very existence was a counterbalance to Mehen’s order. Apophis sought to plunge the world into chaos and darkness, breaching Mehen's barrier, unraveling the harmony Mehen worked so tirelessly to maintain.
Mehen encircled the world in a gentle yet unyielding embrace. . .( WORK IN PROGRESS !)
