If you look up "scumbag" in the encyclopedia, Nagare's picture will be there. Shrewd, lazy, and ever the sycophant, she cruises through life by clinging to the coattails of the successful. She's not aggressive or short-tempered, nor is she the type to be cruel for no reason-- but her loyalty lies with whoever can get her what she wants, and she's not shy about dirtying her hands for them.

Her willingness to scrape the bottom of the barrel, combined with her knack for praise, makes her well-liked by her superiors in criminal circles... at least until they get in trouble, and Nagare is suddenly nowhere to be found. She's very quick to jump ship when a situation starts to go downhill. Sometimes she thinks that she should change, but in a dog-eat-dog world, she's terrified of what could happen to someone like her, who isn't strong enough to survive on her own.

Nagare's most defining physical feature is the collection of jagged red scars winding down her face and body. Most people assume they're from all of the fights she gets into, but they're actually from the time she was struck by lightning as a kid. (She used to love thunderstorms, but she's secretly afraid of them now.) It's Nagare's favorite story to tell others at social gatherings.
