Tandy started his life as a career soldier, following his service in the military with employment at a private mercenary group by the name of Delta Stream. This just so happened to be owned by Uroko, who offered each and every employee access to their experimental treatments to improve their abilities. Nothing to lose, Tandy took the opportunity with both hands despite how experimental and relatively crude the results were. Once the war broke out, the Caled family asked him to handle the four rebel leaders and he did as he always did: exactly as his bosses ordered. Once he had taken out the one he believed to be the southern griffin leader, the other three disappeared before he could take care of them, leaving him bitter and frustrated. His employment continued with the Caleds despite the collapse of the mercenary group, though his failure combined with the increasing breakdowns of his body's parts only furthered these negative moods, hitting the lowest point when rumours of him getting the wrong target and a slick cyborg griffin by the name of Amstrad started to appear...
