Eudaimonia (also spelled eudaemonia)(/juːdɪˈmoʊniə/; Ancient Greek: εὐδαιμονία [eu̯dai̯moníaː]) is a Greek word literally translating to the state or condition of good spirit, and which is commonly translated as happiness or welfare.

As one of God's blessed children, who wouldn't be happy all the time? We had nothing but His grace and love, and His mission to carry out. The only thing that upset us is if a sibling was upset, then it would come under our mission to increase their happiness and banish all negative feelings.
Happiness is the ultimate state of being, of love and contentment. Negativity is a transient state, but could turn permanent, which was dangerous. Under our mission, we needed to make sure sadness never turned into depression, that anger never turned into rage. Such emotions were unbecoming of a child of God.
