Its musty in this underground bar, the brick walls look like they'd be wet to the touch. It's hard to believe this many other people are all still awake so late on a Thursday night... morning? Whatever. Some shitty garage band is playing some forgettable song on the ragged pile of wood you could call a stage. I don't think those are even words, dude must be drunk off his ass, hell I know I am. I always wonder what the hell I'm doing coming to these shit shows all the time, but where else would I go I guess. As I go to crack open another PBR a sudden tingle shoots up my spine.

Not a head in the room failed to turn instantly. The walls started shaking as a dirty looking green ferret started to belt the hell out of her guitar like it called her mom a bitch. Nobody had even noticed that the other band had left or seen this group get on stage. People were taking notice and running to be in front of this new band. Arms and legs begin flailing as this charismatic mammal yelled about burning the whole country down and beheading royalty, it was truly inspiring.

The whole bar slammed around to their music for what seemed like hours. Sweat and what looks like a bit of blood shot across the hard concrete of the floor. When they finally finished their set I felt rush of energy, I had to figure out who this was, I had to see them at another show. The crowd started to clear as the band was starting to move their equipment I finally saw, seemingly duct taped to the front of the drum a logo. It simply said "Alt" on a white background.

Can you hold my smoke? I'm gonna go see if they have a patch.
