When you think of a vampire, what exactly do you envision? Cunningness? Skillful, manipulative ways? Perhaps even charm, whether it be unfeigned or otherwise? Rest assured, Kichaa displays not a single one of these traits. What he lacks in tact and trickery, he more than makes up for with his disgustingly rude behavior and extreme hatred of practically every living thing. He appears to have never felt a single drop of empathy in his life, brutally slaughtering his next meal without a hint of guilt or hesitation. In fact, he may even enjoy it, though his emotions - if he truly has any - are quite difficult to read. Kichaa rarely speaks, preferring to respond in grunts, mumbles, and the occasional cuss. No, this vampire is most certainly not one to get in the way of. One may even say he has no redeeming qualities about him at all!
.....however...that wouldn't seem to be entirely true....
There is at least one positive say in reference to Kichaa; he truly looks out for his friend. His only friend. And that will always be true.
Kichaa met the zombie shortly before sunrise one day, just before he was going to sleep in his coffin. The zombie - named Esshin - tried to reach out to him, but Kichaa wanted to have no part in his friendliness. Regardless of his negative reaction, Esshin had explained that he was lost and trying to get a few important questions answered, but every single person simply ran away screaming! Now, Kichaa may not be a very bright vamp, but he could tell right away what the problem was. But after days of the zombie's desperate hopes of a new friend, he finally gave in. And even though there's a slight possibility he is incapable of showing any other emotion besides anger, he is genuinely soothed by Esshin's kindness.Because Esshin would be absolutely devastated to discover that he himself is such a relentless undead monster, Kichaa refuses to ever let him discover that he is, in fact, a zombie. Esshin is well-aware that Kichaa is a vampire, but he still cares greatly about him (even though he doesn't care for his diet).
