Raventongue has a long and mostly dark history. He hales from a tribe of griffons that were blessed (or cursed) with the powers of shadowmancy and dream magic. In those days, Raventongue went by the name Corbin Teague. Corbin's particular skill is the ability to sing shadows and nightmares to life. His ability, and his tendency to misuse it, lead him to a life of crime that got him exiled from his tribe at a young age. Embittered and furious he went forth into the world to wreak as much havoc as he possibly could.
