Ciro Bellidone, the Gentleman Thief

Ciro Bellidone is a thief. No, really. Ciro is a thief and a sorcerer in training, as well as the closest thing Mama has to a protege save Condee. He's loud and enthusiastic around his siblings, but he's really quite a suave gentleman when he's not fleecing young ladies of their shiny objects. He appears to be 21 but somehow, he's only 17.
Unlike the other children, Ciro remembers life before Mama vividly. His magical talents caused things to behave... unpredictably and made his nightmares incredibly real- a perpetual Freddy Kreuger-esque nightmare and obviously for a five year old that's nothing short of the apocalypse. His parents had no idea how to deal with such a child and gave him to the church immediately. As a result, Ciro has much contempt for his original parents.
At first, Ciro liked living at the church. They gave him medicine to stop his nightmares and even played with him on occasion! Truly, it must be Heaven! ...At least, until the Experiments started. A constant influx of doctors and needles combined with the assorted horrors he'd seen in life caused his power to come back in full force and kill one of the doctors on duty. They locked him in a room and forgot him for a time, until the Organization showed up and took him to Mama. At first, Ciro trusted very few people as just about every GOOD thing in his life had turned on him thusfar, so getting him to trust Mama was a challenge. When she began to teach him magic, he began to trust again.
The Sun experiments were a unique cast-off of the Chibi experiments in the fact that they deal with youth. Rather than retaining childhood, the Sun experiments retain adulthood. In short, Sun Experiments always appear to be around the ideal age for adults, 21, keeping them in the "peak" of youth and allowing them to recover quickly from many ills. As a catch, mental problems plague them and are inexplicably common- perhaps being forever 21 isn't the best of choices as the mind deteriorates much faster. Some experiments can come down with Alzheimer's as early as age 45. Ciro is already encountering his first onset of mental problems as he's discovered himself to be a kleptomaniac AND has hallucinations- though oddly enough his hallucinations have taken the form of an imaginary friend he's named Elijah. Only Ciro can see or hear Elijah but he appreciates the comfort of his "friend" all the same.
When it comes to personality, Ciro is bombastic and playful during the day- cheerful and optimistic, by day he owns the streets and by night, the lavish parties of high society are his playground. Daytime Ciro shows no sign of being a debonair thief- he's goofy, a bit klutzy, affectionate and always moving. Once he switches into his nighttime mask, so to speak, Ciro behaves completely differently- elegant, suave, a bit flirty and always willing to listen to a lady.
Bio: Current Goals
Being a thief, Ciro works very hard to keep his skills sharp. As such, he's taken up parkour recently and is constantly bouncing around the house, running like a madman all the time. Jadine has considered jumping in with him but thusfar has only managed to nearly break half as many limbs. Natasha thinks it endearing and often skateboards while he runs.
Room-wise, Ciro is a fan of bright colors- reds, oranges, and yellows. His room is said to remind people of a sunset and he actually has a hammock in place of a bed. He dreams about living on Delphi Beach like the higher-class, instead of on Mama's family estate in Centropolis- but at the same time loves the convenience of the city and the multitude of parkour obstacles it offers.
