Cynreena was once a cream Celinox working as an average librarian in an archival library. Her zeal for collecting new materials, led her to the ocean, an encounter with the sea witch Merana, and her Hydrus coat. She was able to escape Merana's influence, and has since mostly taken the change in stride. She still considers herself a librarian first and foremost, and travels with her party in search of rare tomes and extra coin for expensive volumes. Her ability to effortlessly breath underwater comes in useful, but she does have to exercise care in any water connected to the ocean, lest Merana return for a second round.
